Initial consult pricing includes the 1st appointment and follow up. At the follow up appointment, a care plan is developed and will follow membership pricing. One year HRT and weight management; includes follow ups, symptom management, dose titration, culinary medicine and lifestyle coaching, unlimited access to text/email for care questions and concerns. $2100/year or $175/month. 10% discount applied to those that pay full cost of membership up front.
